CHRIS NUNNIKHOVEN: Guitar - vocals
Genius, sex god, maestro, virtuoso…these are all terms that have never been
applied to Mr. Nunnikhoven. Dutch by birth and Dutch by nature Chris has only
recently given up eating Tulips and wearing clogs while watching windmills
with his finger in a dyke. He says the Dutch are unfairly stereotyped but
hey! Where does he get that idea! Chris's influences are many and varied,
ranging from those dodgy hits of the 80's we all try and forget and European
crooners you've never heard of, to obscure German industrial and the Rolling
Stones. He brings to Brutal Deluxe the darker elements and lyrical eccentricities
that set them apart from other acts and of course he happens to sing and play
guitar rather well!
